Publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o em 29\/09\/2015, o texto aprovado institui diretrizes de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e est\u00edmulo \u00e0 igualdade de g\u00eanero, fortalecendo os diretos humanos da mulher por meio de cursos, publica\u00e7\u00f5es de manuais, estrat\u00e9gias para amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da participa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher advogada nas decis\u00f5es das Seccionais e das Subse\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como a garantia de presen\u00e7a em todas as comiss\u00f5es da OAB de no m\u00ednimo 30% e no m\u00e1ximo 70% de membros de cada sexo. Com sua entrada em vigor em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2016, o provimento tamb\u00e9m garantir\u00e1 benef\u00edcios pr\u00f3prios \u00e0 maternidade da mulher advogada, como valores diferenciados a serem cobrados da anuidade no ano do parto ou da ado\u00e7\u00e3o. Caber\u00e1 a cada Seccional a prova\u00e7\u00e3o e regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2016, de um Plano Estadual de Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Mulher Advogada, respeitando as diretrizes definidas pelo provimento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
